About X-Developer
The X in X-Developer is a symbol both for my favorite flight simulation software Laminar's X-Plane and cross, as in crossover or cross-platform. Because this is what X-Plane and this blog is all about: cross-platform software development. X-Plane is a software targetting three platforms (counting also the processor architectures, it's actually 5!) and so should add-on software for X-Plane.
I hope I can save many X-Plane plugin developers from getting trapped in one of the numerous pitfalls on the way to true cross-platform development and deployment. Trust me, I fell into almost all of them already.
